Uber should complement, not replace rural buses

Further to my letter (You Write last month) about the benefits of using UberHOP for rural services, I would appreciate the opportunity to reinforce my argument that we need to protect both urban and rural businesses. The technology needs to support and be worked by existing businesses and not replace existing services.
