Ops managers for Stagecoach and Go-Ahead

Marcin Leszczyk (pictured), newly appointed operations manager for the Stagecoach Midlands depots at Kettering and Corby, joined the group nine years ago, after leaving university in Poland, where he studied agricultural engineering, and coming to the UK. He started as a bus driver with Stagecoach South at Basingstoke, in August 2010 was selected for the company's staff development programme and from August 2011 to February 2014 was assistant operations manager at Kettering.
