GLC boundary to blame for Shepperton's woes

I would like to make additional points about bus services in Shepperton, further to Stephen Morris's article (March Buses) and Michael Dryhurst's letter (You Write last month). Michael Dryhurst says that 'for some odd reason many of the routes in north-west Surrey were based on Kingston (London Transport) garage when logic...suggested they should have been allocated to the Country Area'.
