Tim Carter's article last month about the Outer Circle 11 in Birmingham appears to delight in the fact that the buses bunch together in groups of four. I appreciate this is exciting for us bus enthusiasts, but there is a real disturbing problem on this route and many others in the West Midlands for those less fortunate than ourselves.
