Four routes enhanced after Tramlink crash

Four replacement bus services were provided for around nine days after the widely reported fatal accident on the Croydon Tramlink on 9 November. An early morning tram travelling from New Addington to Wimbledon derailed and overturned on a curve as it approached Sandilands Junction, Croydon. Seven passengers died and over 50 suffered serious injury. Services were suspended between East Croydon and Addington Village, Elmers End and Harrington Road.
