PolskiBus to go green with Flixbus tie-up

The bright red livery of Sir Brian Souter's PolskiBus is set to vanish from European roads following a strategic tie-up between the low-cost Polish operator and intercity giant Flixbus which stops short of being a takeover. Berlin-based Flixbus is boosting a cooperation agreement with PolskiBus signed last May and will integrate the Polish operator's network and sales platform into its business. New routes will connect Poland with Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. It began offering journeys in Poland from 2016.
