Old order and new mark Green Line changeover

Eight heritage and two modem vehicles turned out to deliver Reading Buses' Christmas Eve running day over the Windsor-London Green Line 702 route, which the council-owned company formally took over from First three days later. Four Routemasters - three of them originally Green Line coaches - accompanied an RT-class AEC Regent Ⅲ and an RF-class AEC Regal Ⅳ both in Green Line livery to make up the classic London contingent. The Big Red Bus, Red Routemaster, London Bus Company and Reading Buses chief executive officer Martijn Gilbert provided Routemasters RMC1462, RML2323, RCL2260 and RMC1510, Ensignbus operated RT3232 and the London Bus Museum RF226.
