Scottish coach operators were encouraged to apply for a share of a £1.6million fund made available for a limited period in June to help support their businesses through the continuing Covid crisis. By lowering the threshold for the percentage of total turnover derived from coach tourism/ private hire, more operators are likely to qualify for the Scotland Coach Operators - Covid-19 Business Support & Continuity Fund - Strand Two, part of the £104.3million Scottish Government package announced at the end of 2020.
