MAN sells first Lion's City electrics

MAN has finally announced the first buyers for its all-electric Lion's City E, a year after it was officially unveiled at the Hanover IAA commercial vehicle show. Hamburg area operator VHH will take one at the end of this year and the city's Hochbahn muncipal has ordered 17 for delivery in 2020. Series production is set to begin in the second half of next year. MAN says the Lion's City E will be on show at Busworld at Brussels in October.
