New format for notable independents' handbook

The Cardiff Bus Enviro200 on the cover of this seventh edition of the Notable Independents handbook is a sign that British Bus Publishing is moving away from separate books for the three nations of Great Britain. It has already incorporated Scottish and Welsh fleets into the Smaller Groups book (November Reviews) and has taken a similar approach with this title, which since it first appeared in 2007 has listed the vehicles of arm's length municipal companies and private sector independent fleets in England.
