Three-axle Enviro200EV to be built in NZ

Alexander Dennis and BYD are enlarging their jointly developed battery electric range to include a 12.6m three-axle Enviro200EV single-decker to meet gross vehicle weight limits in New Zealand. After nine years, the joint venture between Alexander Dennis and Kiwi Bus Builders is also being extended beyond diesel vehicles to build both the three-axle variant and the two-axle 11.6m Enviro200EV in New Zealand as the country moves towards 100% zero-emission operation by 2035.
