SMT Titan TD5 glows in green

Steve Morris's Quantock Heritage fleet has repainted SMT J66 (DSG169), his 1942 'unfrozen' all-Leyland Titan TD5, into the two-tone green and cream livery adopted after Scottish Motor Traction became Scottish Omnibuses in 1949. Its chassis was built in 1938 and SMT completed its lowbridge Leyland body when the wartime government lifted its freeze on bus production. It was reclassified as HH66 in 1956 and remained in service until 1959. It was converted to an open-top special events vehicle and kept for another 14 years before being sold for preservation.
