More restructuring for Arriva and First

Arriva has restructured its UK bus business into three regions and is further reorganising its businesses in the Midlands and southern England, while First is merging its South Yorkshire and Midlands businesses. The new Arriva structure puts its tendered London operations into one region, while the deregulated businesses in the rest of England and Wales are split between North and South regions. This ends a previous arrangement that had merged parts of Arriva the Shires with Arriva Midlands. The North region includes Arriva Midlands and the Shires depot in Milton Keynes, to be known as Arriva Midlands North and run from Leicester.
