They setup up first as Blue Line Buses of Horwich in 2014, then as Vision Bus in 2016. Operations expanded with the gain of local school contracts, and in 2018 after winning tendered bus contracts in the Bolton area. Relocated to present site from Horwich Loco Works in April 2018.
