Dublin Bus receives first hybrids

Wrightbus has supplied Dublin Bus with the first of nine hybrid double-deckers being evaluated as part of Transport for Ireland's commitment to start phasing out the use of purely fossil-fuelled vehicles. The three Wright StreetDeck HEV96 hybrids will be joined by three Wright Gemini 3-bodied Volvo B5LHs and three Alexander Dennis Enviro400Hs. The Enviro400Hs were being completed at the manufacturer's Scarborough factory in late May, as the three Wright vehicles were delivered.
