Stagecoach Midlands is to reduce its 26-vehicle Corby depot to an outstation at the end of May. Around half its work will be transferred to Kettering, leaving Corby mainly operating town and school services.However, trunk Stagecoach Gold route X4 (operated by Kettering depot) will be enhanced. Currently it runs half-hourly between Northampton and Corby, with alternate journeys either starting from Milton Keynes or continuing to Oundle and Peterborough.
