Major changes are afoot in at least two of England's city regions, with Transport for West Midlands poised to introduce a single livery and brand for buses and Liverpool metro mayor Steve Rotheram promising a 'big speech' on bus policy later in the week that we went to press.TfWM says an announcement of its bus branding plans is imminent but an imagehas already been published in our sister publication Modern Railways, showing a two-tone red livery and West Midlands Bus name along with the complementary West Midlands Railway and West Midlands Tram identities recently introduced.
