Wright launched its Eclipse body on the Volvo B7L and Solar on the Scania L94UB were in 1999 and went on to build them also in articulated form on the equivalent Volvo B7LA as the Eclipse Fusion and on the Scania L94UA as the Solar Fusion. Following on from this, Eclipse bodies were built from 2003 on the Volvo B7RLE, known as the Eclipse Urban when the B7L version became the Eclipse Metro, and then from 2006 on the VDL SB200 as the Pulsar. The final addition, from 2007, was the Meridian on the horizontal-engined full low-floor MAN NL273F, or A22 as it was also known.
