THIRD SESSION OF THE AIDS TO NAVIGATION REQUIREMENTS AND MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (ARM3)

The third session of the ARM Committee (ARM3) was held from 23 to 27 November 2015 at IALA Headquarters and chaired by Mr Phil Day, with Mr Michael Skov as Vice-Chairman and Mr Wim van der Heijden as Secretary. Once again, there was a marked spread of participants from around the world, with 38 delegates attending from 23 countries, one sister organization and two observers. The number of first-time participants was seven. A minute of silence was observed for all the victims of the tragic events in Paris on 13 November 2015 and to convey empathy with all those affected.
