Balfour man takes Brinckerhoff's top UK post

Parsons Brinckerhoff has appointed the director of Balfour Beatty Management managing director of its UK and European operations. Nick Flew, whojoined the professional services arm of Balfour Beatty from Atkins in 2004, will lead the integration of Balfour Beatty Management and the European operation of Parsons Brinckerhoff, the US engineer.
