Are other readers, like me, disgusted and frustrated at the so-called consultation on Parts L and F of the Building Regulations? Noting the reports in Building, I have found that you have to download nearly 800 pages from the internet; how many organisations and persons will want to print that amount of paper? This means that the so-called "consultation" will be restricted to only a few, without details getting to the real builders.
