Developer Lovell has won planning consent for an £8.3m project in south London. The scheme - 35 flats and duplexes for London & Quadrant Housing Trust - was designed by Alan CamprnArchitects. It will be built by InSpace and is set for completion in November 2010. Lovell has also been chosen to build two schemes in Norfolk for housing association Orbit East. The two projects are worth £6.2m in total.
