Architects' confidence in the private housing and commercial sectors is beginning to return, according to a RIBA survey.rnThe RIBA's sixth monthly "Future Trends" survey also shows that the damaging job cuts of recent months are beginning to bottom out. The number of architects claiming benefits has risen seven-fold in the past 12 months.rnAlmost a third of practices (31%) said they expected their workload to rise in the next three months, and 48% said they expected it to stay level. Only 21% said they expected their workload to decrease.
