Mountfield Group, the Essex data centre specialist, has posted a turnover of £17.4m in its first set of results since floating on the alternative investment market in November.rnIt made pre-tax profit of £1.36m in the year to 31 December 2008 and ended with £2m cash.rnGraham Read, its chief executive, said: "The data centre market is expected to increase in space by almost 45% by 2010 andrnMountfield is ideally placed to benefit from this growth."rnHe said expansion was driven by banks and retailers setting up their own facilities to reduce costs rather than outsource them to telecoms companies.
