A s of 31 December 2011 the Welsh Assembly Government will be responsible for the creation and enforcement of building regulations in Wales. It is not yet clear how different Welsh regulations will be from their English counterparts but one thing is sure - everyone building on the Welsh side of the border needs to keep abreast of developments.
