LARGER PV SOLAR CELL

Siliken has launched a 72-cefi PV Solar cell. The company says that the larger size of the cells means an installation would need 20% fewer modules to generate the same power but will save on operating costs. The new 72-cell monocrystaltine and polycrystaltine modules called 5LK72P6L and SLK72M6L produce up to 305 Wp in the polycrystalline modules and 310 Wp in the monocrystalline modules. The efficiency of polycrystalline modules is up to 15.7% and that of monocrystalline modules up to 16%.
