UK consultant Hurleypalmerflatt has entered a joint venture with New York-based Robert Derector Associates, in a move designed to enable both firms to target new international markets.The two building engineering consultants, which have a combined turnover of over £40m, hope the tie-up will allow them to access work in the other's respective markets. Together the firms are active in more than 20 countries.
