Sarah Gaventa has become chair of the Elephant and Castle Forum, an organisation to represent the views of 160 groups in the £1.5bn regeneration of Elephant and Castle by Lend Lease. Spencer Meredith has been appointed as head of interiors for facilities management company Shepherd FM. Stephen C Briggs has joined Hill International as vice-president and managing director in the construction claims and consulting group. He will be based in the Middle East initially and will move to London in early 2012.
