Galliford Try's brand Linden Homes makes first acquisition

Galliford Try's new unified housing brand Linden Homes has made its first land acquisition since launching last week. Linden Homes Western has bought a six-acre site off Secunda Way, Hempsted, Gloucester, from British Waterways. The site was acquired with outline planning for 104 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Linden is planning to commence building in September with completion scheduled for 2012.
