ISG has confirmed it has won a £16m job to refurbish and remodel 10 floors of City Tower in London for Great Portland Estates and Starwood Capital. The contractor will refurbish 80,000ft2 of office accommodation, as well as upgrading the facade of the 21-storey building, at 40 Basinghall Street. Building tipped ISG for the job in May.
