Solar feed-in-tariff legal claim swells to £50m

The legal claim mounted against the government by solar energy firms over lost earnings because of illegal changes to the feed-in-tariff has swelled to £50m, writes Allister Hayman.rnProspect Law said it has issued a Letter Before Claim to the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) on behalf of a further five solar installation and construction companies, bringing the number of firms taking action against the government to eight.
