Carillion has won academies work worth more than £100m through the Partnerships for Schools Contractors' Framework. The firm was named preferred bidder for three projects in Teesside, four in London, as well as projects in Essex and Colchester. Work is expected to be completed in 2013.A consortium led by Morgan Sindall and Apollo has won a £200m framework deal for a consortium of Scottish councils. The WellSpring Group will deliver a range of projects as winner of the west region of the Scottish Futures Trust hub framework. The public sector bodies include Glasgow and Inverclyde.
