The Treasury said 12 of the newly pre-qualif ied projects agreed to be named: 1. Helius Energy - Avonmouth biomass energy facility in the South-west. 2. Islandmagee gas storage project in Northern Ireland, worth £400m. 3. Two Intergen gas-fired power generation projects at Spalding in Lincolnshire and Gateway Energy Centre in Essex, with the latter worth £600m. 4. Neart Na Gaoithe 450MW windfarm in the outer Forth Estuary, Scotland. 5. Able Marine Energy Park, a port facility to support the manufacture, assembly and installation of offshore renewable technologies on Humberside.
