Architect Paul Davis + Partners plan to redevelop London's In & Out Club into a private mansion has received planning permission from Westminster council. The plan to redevelop the famous grade I listed building -formerly an exclusive gentlemen's club - into a luxury residence includes a new swimming pool, spa. and parking for 12 cars, as well as the original 18th century grand stair, a 35,000 bottle wine cellar, and a 19th Century ballroom. The Aldersgate Investment development also includes adjacent properties at 90-95 Piccadilly, which are also to be converted, EC Harris is the quantity surveyor on the project and AKTII is the structural engineer.
