A Terry Farrell and Partners-designed 188m tower located in Phnom Penh. Cambodia, has won the prize for the Best Commercial Development at the second annual South East Asia Property Awards, which took place in Singapore recently. The high rise is close to completion, and it will be the tallest building in the country. Designed as a landmark with a strong Cambodian identity, the fluid shape of the tower is intended to evoke images of a dragon's back, symbolising good uck and wealth.
