Housebuilder Cala is launching two more regional businesses to try to increase market share in the Southeast. The firm said the new divisions would cover the Home Counties and "complement" its existing businesses. Cala also said that the average price for private reservations of its homes had risen 4.9% to £361,000 between 1 July 2013 and 31 January 2014.
