Formula One specialist targets 68% growth over next four years

Consultant Ridge is targeting 68% revenue growth within four years to become a £45m turnover business, partner Guy Austin has said. The revenue target comes after Ridge enjoyed its best year since the financial crisis in 2012, growing 20% on the previous year to hit a record turnover of £27m. Austin said the consultant would partly achieve its growth target through bolt-on acquisitions, such as its September acquisition of six-strong Midlands-based engineer Brazier Holt.
