Turner & Townsend appoints new head of UK infrastructure division

Patricia Moore has been appointed as UK managing director for infrastructure at Turner & Townsend. She is replacing Murray Rowden, who has been promoted to global managing director of infrastructure having led the UK division for four years. He will continue as chairman of the industry best practice organisation Constructing Excellence.
