TfL pre-let kickstarts Lend Lease's Stratford offices

Construction on the first office phase of Lend Lease's mammoth £2.1bn Stratford International Quarter will start this summer, after Transport for London signed up as the first office tenant. Transport for London will take a 265,000ft2 office building at the International Quarter, which is being developed by Lend Lease in joint venture with London and Continental Railways.
