Balfour behind on £40m campus

Balfour Beatty is two months behind schedule on a £40m college campus in south London, Building can reveal. The contractor was meant to complete work on Lewisham Southwark College's new campus in Southwark last month. But work on the project is now not expected to complete until after the new term starts on 12 September.
