Galliford Try's building division has picked up two contracts worth a combined £43m and a major framework in the north of England. The firm has reached financial close with the Education Funding Agency for the £21.7m Harris Invictus Academy in Croydon. The secondary school will accommodate up to 1,150 pupils and feature a sports hall, main hall, activity studio, dining area, library, music room, reception area as well as a multi-use games area, sports pitches and an external play space.
