Project and cost management consultant Tower8 has poached JLL director Sam Addison to spearhead its expansion into the office sector. Tower8 - which was founded by four former JLL directors in 2011 - has previously focused on the hotel, PRS, student accommodation, healthcare and residential sectors. Addison previously led the corporate occupier project management team at JLL, where she worked for 18 years. Tower8 director James Morris said Addison was the "perfect" person to lead the company's office sector growth. Addison said: "We have ambitious growth plans for this sector, with a target to deliver 1 million ft~2-plus of office space by the end of next year."
