Ridge promotes two employees to new equity partner roles

Construction firm Ridge has appointed two new equity partners. Mark Richards and Richard Thorpe were promoted to the role this month, having been at the firm for a combined 47 years. Richards joined Ridge in 1987 and, having started in an entry-level role at the firm, now leads its cost management team in the Oxford office. Thorpe joined the practice in 2000 and has particular experience in overseas schemes, working for Ridge's current Foreign and Commonwealth Office framework.
