Willmott Dixon beats Kier and Engie to £2.5bn framework

Willmott Dixon has beaten Kier and Engie to win Places for People's sole supplier major projects framework, which is worth up to £2.5bn over four years. Procurement Hub, part of the Places for People Group, said it received 16 responses to the selection questionnaire and three responses to the tender.
