Balfour Beatty legal boss leaves after only six months in role

Balfour Beatty's company secretary and group general counsel has left his job after just over six months in the post. Jonathan Lagan joined the UK's largest contractor as head of legal in February, following a 10-year stint as a legal director for retail giant Tesco in its finance, corporate and technology operations.
