Two customers on Interserve's problem energy-from-waste contracts have confirmed that their contracts were with Interserve Construction rather than with the plc business now in administration - meaning they are free to pursue claims, writes Joey Gardiner. Viridor, which booted the firm off a scheme in Glasgow in November 2016, has already said Interserve owes it £64m for botched work on the job.
