Re: "Gender pay gap is still 20% across construction, says RICS", 8 March It's not about gender "It found that as age increases, the disparity increasingly favours men, with those aged 46-55 on average earning £83,000 if they are male and £64,000 if they are female." That would also seem to apply as a "gap" across professions, I can tell you most architects, whatever gender, don't earn anywhere near that kind of money. I'd like to know what is being done to address that "gap" - I could use the cash!
