Chinese-based investment bank PGC Capital is pulling together a potentially hefty pipeline of work as it looks to expand its development arm across the UK, writes Louise Dransfield. The firm's ambitions were revealed to Building by the Shanghai-headquartered firm's UK president Francis Cole after it appointed ISG ahead of Interserve to build a residential scheme in Birmingham's city centre, valued at around £135m.
