2 Tin Shui Wai sites tendered 12 building plans approved in May

Tenders for two residential sites have been awarded on 50-year land grants at a total premium of $4,189 billion, the Lands Department announced on July 9. Tin Shui Wai Town Lot No. 33 was awarded to Jet Group for $2,221 billion. It has a site area of 75,500 sq m and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel, office and petrol station) purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 67,950 and 113,250 sq m. The developer must build at least 1,330 units.
