The lower portion of the 32-storey tower houses large, column-free office space, with a central service core. The rectangular tower shape allows for flexible tenant layouts and arrangements. The upper portion of the tower houses 221 luxury hotel rooms. The hotel swimming pool is cantilevered from the main building, to provide breathtaking panoramic views of the city.
